Често в ежедневната ни практика се срещаме с нови пациенти с напреднали пародонтални заболявания. Някои от нас използват тази възможност, за да сложат множество импланти, докато други си представят дълго и продължително лечение, съпътствано с много въпросителни. Какви са границите на периодонталното лечение? Колко дълго си струва да запазим естествените зъби?
